These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“customer”, “you”) and Liberty Bins LLC (“Liberty Bins”, “company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) as an authorized user of such services provided by the company and any of its subsidiaries.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any operating rules, policies, price schedules, or other supplemental documents expressly incorporated herein by reference and published from time to time by Liberty Bins (collectively, the “Agreement”), constitute the entire agreement between Liberty Bins and you regarding the trash bin cleaning service. By using the service, you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
These Terms and Conditions also govern your access to and use of www.libertybinsnc.com and all related channels and platforms (collectively, the “Site”).
1. Service
Liberty Bins provides mobile trash can cleaning and power washing services for residential and commercial customers.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Trash cans must be empty and curbside/alley accessible at time of service.
Gate codes must be provided for gated communities.
Cans must be free of trash, animal waste, chemicals, petroleum-based products, paint, glue, or hazardous waste.
Temporary vacation holds (up to 2 weeks) must be requested at least 2 days in advance.
Damaged cans will be documented and customers may be advised to replace them.
Unless otherwise agreed, only city-issued trash cans will be cleaned.
If conditions are not met, payment is still required. Photos may be provided as documentation.
Some substances may require multiple cleanings or leave permanent stains.
Customers are responsible for the can’s condition between cleanings.
Some overspray may occur. Liberty Bins is not liable for incidental overspray damage.
A $25 rescheduling fee may apply if the cans are not available at time of service.
3. Liberty Bins Responsibilities
Customers will be pre-scheduled and notified prior to service via email/text.
If service is postponed due to weather, vehicle issues, or emergencies, Liberty Bins will attempt to reschedule.
Winter Policy: Liberty Bins is not responsible for any frozen water remaining after cleaning.
If service can’t be completed, it will be rescheduled or a credit applied to your account.
4. Charges
Customer agrees to all service fees and applicable taxes.
Liberty Bins reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice.
Subscription Billing:
Customer must have a valid card on file and agree to auto-pay.🗓 Payment is processed 3 days before cleaning.
Receipts are available upon request.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 14 days in advance.
5. Modifications to Terms
Liberty Bins may update terms anytime via website or email notice.
6. Changes to Service or Pricing
Any changes to service or pricing will be communicated through the site or via email/text.
7. Failed Payments
Service may be suspended or canceled if payment fails.Customer remains responsible for unpaid balances.
8. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel anytime after 3 monthly cleanings or two quarterly.
Canceling before 3 cleanings incurs the one-time rate: $70 for two cans + $10/additional can.
Must cancel at least 14 days before next service.
9. Customer Data
Your information is never sold or shared.Payment data is securely stored via PCI-compliant processor.
10. Sanitization & Disinfection
While hot, high-pressure water is used, complete removal of germs/odors isn’t guaranteed.
11. Odor-Free Guarantee
Not satisfied after your first recurring clean? Request a refund within 24 hours. Liberty Bins reserves the right to fix the issue before issuing a refund.
12. SMS Terms and Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Liberty Bins LLC, you consent to receive text messages related to appointment reminders, service notifications, account updates, customer support, and promotional offers.
Message frequency may vary based on your service schedule and interactions with Liberty Bins LLC.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's pricing plan.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you provide new consent.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
