Garbage pickup times can be all over the place — trash in the morning, yard waste late in the afternoon. Because of that, we clean the day after your pickup. That way, we’re sure your bins are empty and ready for a proper clean and sanitize.

Bins must be free of trash, with the exception of small pieces of debris stuck to the bottom of the bin. If there is any unbagged animal or human waste, we will not be able to clean your bins due to equipment contamination and health concerns for our technicians.

Bins must also be free of cooking oils, motor oils, paint, chemicals, cat litter, and any hazardous waste.

While we’d love to clean every bin, the safety of our employees and protection of our equipment always come first.

We get it; you might want to change things up. But to keep things smooth and accurate, we clean the same bins every time. If you're on a monthly or quarterly plan, we place a small ID sticker on your bins so we never miss one.

Need more than one cleaned? You can always add extra bins to your plan.
